- The platform automatically matches buyers’ requirements with the properties listed by agents.
- If a property matches the buyer’s criteria, the agent may choose to reach out directly to the buyer, or buyers can inquire about the properties they are interested in.
This discreet approach ensures privacy for both buyers and sellers, while offering a tailored property search and communication process.

Control Property Visibility: For each input field, there is a yes/no option that allows agents to decide whether that specific field should be visible to the public or remain private. On Off-the-Market.com, there are two levels of buyers:
Level 1 Buyers: These are individuals or companies browsing the platform and searching for properties without providing detailed requirements.
Level 2 Buyers: These buyers have input their detailed property requirements into the platform. Their profiles include specifics such as location, price range, and other preferences, making them more serious and targeted buyers.
For Agents:
When listing a property, agents can choose whether their listings are visible to:
- All buyers (Level 1 and Level 2) for broader exposure.
- Only Level 2 buyers, which helps to obtain higher-quality leads from buyers with clearly defined needs.
This flexibility allows agents to better control their marketing strategy and focus on attracting more qualified and serious inquiries.
